Founded by Kataoka Chiezo Productions, which had continued filming without a studio after leaving Narabigaoka studio. Produced masterpieces such as Kokushi Muso and Akanishi Kakita. Developed a CK-type talkie system and worked on an original talkie filming. Chiezo disbanded the company after falling ill. Absorbed by Nikkatsu. Transformed to Nikkatsu Kyoto Second Studio.
