Remarks

Masaichi Nagata left Nikkatsu and established Daiichi Eiga-sha in August 1934. New film studio established with support of Shochiku beside Kataoka Chiezo Productions in January 1935. Fire outbreak in April. Produced Osaka Elegy and Gion no Shimai in 1936. Dissolved in September, and then Nagata becomes executive manager of Shinko Kinema Kyoto Studio. Then Shinko Kinema Uzumasa Second Studio and Shinko Kinema Kyoto Regional Studio the year after. Renamed to Daiei Kyoto Sagano Branch Studio following merger with Shinko Kinema in January 1942.
